What we collect
When you register interest, we collect your name, mobile number, city, chosen programme, contact consent and optional email address. You can also share a preferred learning format and a comfortable budget for a three-month course. We record the time of submission and the consent wording version.
Why we use it
The admissions team uses these details to respond to your interest and contact you about programme announcements and admissions. Optional preferences help us understand demand and plan future programme formats and pricing. We review these as expressions of interest, not commitments to pay. Submitting the form does not enrol you in a course, guarantee a seat or commit you to payment.
Who can access it
Enquiries are stored in a hosted database. The admissions view and export are restricted to the authorised site owner. Hosting service providers process data to operate the site. We do not sell enquiry information.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses server-side validation and basic submission limits. For rate limiting, a temporary hash based on your network address and the current hour is stored for up to two hours; the enquiry record does not store your network address. Hosting providers may maintain operational security logs.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is retained while it is needed for pre-launch follow-up and admissions. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by replying to any admissions follow-up. A dedicated privacy contact is not available yet and will be added when confirmed.
WhatsApp support is not active yet. If activated later, the link will open WhatsApp and you choose whether to send a message. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms will apply to that conversation.
Site access and cookies
The public pages can be viewed without signing in. The private admissions area requires platform sign-in, and the hosting platform can use cookies for that access. The website does not use advertising trackers or store enquiry records in your browser.

We will update this page when the institute’s contact details, programmes or data-handling arrangements change. Please review the current notice when submitting an enquiry.
